About us

We moved here in April 2015, after deciding that we wanted to leave our present employment within the NHS and get out of the rat race. So, we decided that we would like to run our own B&B within a peaceful, country setting with rolling fields and where cows and sheep can be seen grazing the time away in fields. A tradition of rural life stretching back over centuries.

We have two dogs, Tess and Sadie, both are Collie cross dogs. Both are very friendly and love to be made a fuss of. If your beloved dog is holidaying with you then I offer a dog sitting service, which is available (at a small charge) if you wish to go out by yourselves. If you have forgotten anything for your dog then don’t worry, we can provide you with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable, from doggie beds to food (which can be purchased in our shop) and water bowls. There is also a cat called Smudge who loves cuddles.
